You will be clothed during your sessions. For the best results, you should wear loose-fitting clothing similar to yoga, gym, or athletic/athleisure wear.

We don't offer enhancements, upgrades, or anything like that because we provide all the tools, tips, and tricks to help you feel your best. 

There is no gratuity required because we set our price to include everything we offer and more. No more guesswork or calculators. 

You don't have to worry about falling off our tables because we use a mat placed on the floor for your comfort level. We are body positivity here. 

We believe in the less is more approach. So there will be little to no lotion used to perform the massage. This is beyond your typical Swedish.

All sessions are to be recorded for quality training purposes.
